WaterEC ’09 Call for Papers
World’s Largest Annual Water Efficiency Conference
Santa Barbara, CA, May 13, 2008—WaterEC, The International
Water Efficiency Conference is seeking abstracts for its inaugural conference,
to be held March 30–April 2, 2009 in Newport Beach, CA, at the Newport Beach
Marriott. The deadline for abstract submissions is
Monday, August 4, 2008. For guidelines and online abstract submission please
visit www.WaterEC.net. If selected, final WaterEC
conference papers are due November 3, 2008, for publication on the WaterEC
Conference Papers CD-ROM.
WaterEC is the world’s largest annual water efficiency conference
for water management professionals who are adapting to drought and preparing for
climate change affects. It is expected to draw municipal, regional, provincial,
state, and federal water officials; engineers; and a diverse range of allied
industry professionals.
WaterEC will feature four program tracks on Source Development and
Protection, Supply Storage and Conveyance, Indoor/Outdoor Use, and Resource
Management. In addition, WaterEC will host an exposition hall of vendors and
service providers exhibiting water efficiency-related equipment, products,
technology, and services. WaterEC is sponsored by Water Efficiency
magazine, a
Forester Media, Inc. publication.
